This is the second time I’ve hired a bouncy castle from them. Polite & friendly service, confirmation the day before, set up exactly on time & efficient pack up at the end. And both times the bouncy castles have been amazing! Very, very pleased and will definitely be using them again.

We contacted Mr Bouncy Castle to find some inflatables to entertain a range of ages from 2 to adults and found a perfect combo.
Such helpful customer service via email and WhatsApp, prompt reply and so easy to sort out a plan and booking.
Set up was quick, easy and very considerate and collection just the same.
Everyone had a wonderful time, products were fun, clean and safe to use.
All in all a really happy and will be saving details for future parties.

We used Mr Bouncy Castle's inflatables for our recent Year 6 end-of-year fun day and they were great! Our children loved the inflatables we chose and didn't want the day to end. We will certainly be using again next year.

Highly recommend the Disco Shell. We hired for a full day and held a 4th birthday party, 8th birthday party and a Year 6 playdate. The kids loved the slide and the space to bounce and had fun setting up a playlist to blast from the internal speaker as they danced under the disco ball. The cover meant they could still enjoy when it started raining. Best money we've ever spent on birthday parties!

Excellent service! I needed the bouncer for a family event at a venue and they were there and set up without worry. The bouncer was loved by attendees of all ages. Then they came and collected without us even knowing. Brilliant! I will use them for all of my bouncer needs.

I was very pleased with the bouncy castle we hired for my daughter’s birthday party. I really appreciated the advice about which one to choose for the size of the hall. Just wanted to say how impressed we were with the dragon bouncy castle we hired today! It was in very good condition and provided so much fun to the kids at the party. Before the wedding I had my doubts if it was going to be nice and white, will it be big enough. Mr Bouncy white wedding bouncy castle did not let me down. We had comments like could the bouncy castle been any more whiter, we need sunglasses to look at it as it so bright white. The bouncy castle its was quite big and fun for all. We had a fabulous day and enjoyed bouncing on it and so did our guest.

While I didn’t deal with the arrival of the bouncy castle (I was too busy getting married!) the whole process from my initial enquiry to the day itself was very easy, friendly and most of all painless! The bouncy castle itself was in a very good condition and those dealing with the delivery, set up and removal just got on with it without a fuss.

My only negative issue was that I didn’t utilise it enough!
I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone.​
