What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation policy due to unsuitable weather (high winds or very wet weather): you can rebook for another date (subject to availability) at no extra cost. Alternatively you will receive a refund minus a £15 admin fee.
Cancellation policy for any other reason: you can rebook for another date (subject to availability) at no extra cost. Alternatively you will receive a refund minus 25% of the booking cost.
In the unlikely event that Mr Bouncy Castle choose to cancel the booking due to wet weather, or any unforeseen circumstances, we will refund the full amount of the booking.
How long do I have the bouncy castle
for?
There are two main options, half day and full day. The half day is for under 5 hour
of use and the full day is up to 8 hours. The
time slot can be selected by you any time between 09:30 and 20:00.
With some of
the adult size products, an overnight option is available. This means you can have
the inflatable delivered any time after 09:30 and it will be collected the
following morning.
Most of the inflatables are also available on the website for 2 day hire. You may choose a delivery slot anytime after 09:30 and a collection slot anytime before 17:00 the following day. For 3 day hires, please get in touch with us for a bespoke quote.
How can I book an inflatable?
The most efficient way to book is using our website. If you wish to hire multiple products and they are not available as a package on the website, please contact us by phone or email so we can offer you a discounted price.
Which criteria do I need to meet in order to hire an inflatable?
The area must be able to accommodate the inflatable safely. All the dimensions
of the products are available on our website. The ground must be reasonably flat and level. You must also have a
power source within 50m of where the inflatable is going to be set up, a 13amp socket, or a generator. Mr Bouncy Castle can supply a
generator at an additional cost of £36, including fuel for up to five hours.
How long does it take to set up the equipment?
Set up will usually take between 15 and 30 minutes per inflatable, depending on whether we have one or two staff and how good the access is via your property. If you have booked multiple products, or one of our large inflatables (The Army Elite for example), you may need to leave up to an hour for set up.
